Subject: Bonuses
Recognizing our success as a company and everyones commitment and hard work, we have
made a decision to add on the annual performance-based bonuses for mid-level managers and
above. Our department has seen not only an increase in sales as well as customer service
exceeding last years goals.
Employees can expect to be reviewed at least once every week to two weeks. Based on that
evaluation and progress your bonus will be assessed either to your paycheck or if you have a a
a retirement fund you may choose to fund it there. These evaluations will be handled by our HR
department and will be finalized by me. Things to take in consideration is sales revenue,
customer service scores, productivity and attendance. All these factors will affect your weekly/bi
weekly review. We are establishing a tier system that will involve all factors and based on the
final review of month you will get that tier bonus.
I am incredibly grateful for all of your achievements as a company and dedication. If anyone on
our team has any concerns please do not hesitate to come in my office. We still have a week
before adjustments begin in effect and if concerns arise adjustments will be made.
