Subject: Inquiry on reserving the cabin
Dear Mr. Wilhelm,
My name is Rivka, and I am the manager in a small company, Encore,
located outside of Washington D.C. I am searching for a 20 employee
retreat location. It is for a getaway not a business meeting. After inquiring
about different places, the cabin you offer seems like the ideal place. It is
not too formal for the getaway we are planning. I just have a few questions
before booking the retreat at your venue.
1. Does your faculty have July 6th– July 10th available for 20 people? Can
you set it aside for us?
2. What fees and taxes are applicable for such a weekend retreat for 20
people?
3. Do you provide food or only a kitchen? If yes, what is your menu?
