Respected Sir,
With due respect and humble submission we have been observed that employees are consistently giving
absent and turnover in the organization. This memo is designed as a proposal plan to reduce the
absenteeism and make employees efficient, productive and loyal for the organization.
According to the research of my working experience I found that 25% employees are giving absent and
turnover from the organization to shift other workplace because lack of motivation and congenial
workplace. Motivation includes benefits, salary, allowances, facilities, privileges etcetera. I might have
come to around to make benefit plan for our employees where they can take the advantage from the
organization. In my plan I changed some sort of things like salary and benefits proportion. If you permit
