MSL #1
While assessing myself for the physical fitness test, I am nervous and uncertain if the
results will be good since many factors affect my health. Due to online classes, sitting
hours are longer, and time to stretch our bodies became shorter. I felt the tension
developed in my muscles during the test, but I also felt good after the assessment. Since
there are many quizzes last week, I didn’t perform them continuously, but I completed
them one by one, or maybe two, during breaks to stretch and exercise muscles,
including my brain. At first, I find it hard to insert in my schedule, for I am frustrated
about other subjects. But I also thought that it is an excellent opportunity to breathe
from a review to organize my thoughts and avoid frustrations.
MSL #2
It’s been so long since I played and used a jump rope, so performing the five “basic”
jump rope techniques wasn’t easy. Tons of sweat were released and the need for air
increased. These days, we became busy due to numerous quizzes, so performing the
jump rope techniques and the performance task was a good opportunity to stretch our
bodies, especially our muscles. Although it was tiring, I enjoyed the activity, for it has
been so long since I sweat, stretch, and work that hard.
MSL #3
I am not fond of rope jumping or jumping in general but surprisingly, I learned
eventually after several practices during my study breaks. Back then, I can only do a
maximum of five jumps, but now, I can consume a whole minute. This activity is
significantly connected to physical education and its objective as it deals not only with
our physical health but also with its different aspects or dimensions. As for now, I can
say that I became more resistant to physical activities including my muscles.
