Media is a communication tool that allows people to share information with others, through
printed media, television media, radio, and lately internet. Media has been used as educational
resources, development skills, world news, update information, etc. In addition, employers offer
training to new and old employees to increase their work capabilities, because media can reach
large amount of people at the same time from anywhere; for this reason, the use of media is very
successful around the world. Unfortunately, some people misuse the media advantages
excessively, as a result the interpersonal relationships have decreased, and sedentary life has
increased.
