INTRODUCTION
Even as a kid, most of you have dreams about work his future as teachers, doctors,
artists, … And when you are bigger you will guide path, the work that the I want to do
this yourself. But that is only true of the dream, is your passion, you may be uncertain
that myself can do that job and that job does not like. But then will come a day you
had to choose a job, your future direction will be like. A suitable job is not too
difficult nor too easy to find. But it depends on the skills you have, the skills required
for a job not everyone can fulfill all that thanks to the study, practice, collisions with
society. For myself, I have a lot of work that I love, I want to do, but when I started
looking for work, I realized I was missing a lot of the skills that the job needed. And
when I started to work more, I recognize the skills myself and the skills that are
lacking myself need to cultivate more. I think the work that I feel is right for them
now is “store manager”. Manage the store is a stand out manage everything in the
store such as human resources management, management of inventory, customer
care … The skills I have and learn more to this job is leadership skills, planning,
teamwork and the skills I need to learn and cultivate more like abilities interpersonal,
