• Complete all problems and submit a MS Word document containing your solutions.
• Any calculations and/or plots must be performed in MS Excel with each problem on a separate
labelled sheet in the same workbook.
o Put comments in your spreadsheet showing how you solved the problem and units.
Clarity of presentation is a part of the grade for each problem.
o Copy the relevant sections of the Excel spreadsheets into your Word document. Do NOT
use screenshots; use copy-paste instead.
o Excel files will be examined for verification of proper use of cell references in the
calculations.
o Spreadsheet programs other than Excel typically lose cell references when trying to
convert to Excel and problems may therefore be marked wrong. Use at your own risk.
