McDonald’s core competencies are linked to how they operate their stores.
McDonald’s brand image is one major competency that gives the brand extra
influence in terms of marketing and sales. It has a strong brand image in the
market that it has built over the years and continues to strengthen through new
operations and clever strategy. McDonalds has got a unique and secret recipe
