College is one of the most important factors to a successful life as a young adult. Being
mindful that college is important for success you have to be mindful how to distribute the monies
that were set aside for the budget. Allocating the funds to the students who excel in high school
should be more prioritized then to those who are not financially stable. The main reason is
because it will help boost students academically, in result to receive the reward.
