In order to have a successful and productive meeting, especially when people are physically not
present one should follow few basic rules. These rules are as follows:
1. Justify before scheduling your meeting: It is important to ask yourself why you scheduled
this meeting and what you wish to accomplish out of it? If you feel you cannot articulate
the reason for the meeting do not convene it. The process of articulation is very important
and it will help you to achieve your goals.
