APPLE INC.
Apple Inc. first began its journey as a company by releasing itself as a computer company. It
began in 1976 with its owners originally being Steve Jobs, Ronald Wayne, and Steve Wozniak.
Though, you don’t often hear of Ronald Wayne because he sold his share of the company back
within the first 12 days. It was designed and hand built by Steve Wozniak. Steve Wozniak was
persuaded by Steve jobs to sell the Apple Computer.
Apple is considered a ‘family brand’. This is due to Apple having several individual products that
share the same ‘label’. Apple sells an incredible amount of electronic products, such as the
Iphone, Ipad, Ipods, Ihome, Ipod, Iwatch, Macbook and so forth. Apple has its own media player
and music library called Itunes. Apple also has its own brand of product protection cases. It is
also such a well known brand that other brands partner with them.
Apple’s packaging of their products is usually a white enabled box. The cover of this box details
a picture of their trademark, a chrome apple. The box is then protected by a clear cellophane
wrapper. Some products like tablet covers, or phone cases will come in a white box encased
with a clear lid to prominently display the uniquely colored product. Also, the product inside is
typically featured on the outside of the box to showcase its best look. For instance, if you were
to purchase a cell phone, known as the Iphone, a display of the Iphone will be featured on the
cover of the box and on the side of the box will show the Chrome Apple trademark. Apple is
known for its chic and/or bright products.
