Second, there can be some bias on the data we collected because of two major reasons. One reason is
that Moona is a high-tech product and people don’t know much about Moona. Another reason is that in
this questionnaire we only put a passage and a picture about Moona because of the limited space. In
that case responders can’t know Moona well.
As for Question 14, we used multiple choices for respondents to answer the question. However,
we cannot see the difference among these three choices, making us hard to differentiate which
choice is the most important and what people concern most. Things would be better if we chose
single choice to set this question, and it would help us better on understanding what concern
people pay more attention to.
