Executive Summary
Techno Parts is a computer refurbishing company located in Houston Texas. Techno
Parts will repair all personal computers, smart phones and tablets as well as refurbish them. We
will provide a two-year warranty on all our refurbished items, repairs and also on parts and labor.
Techno Parts will be set up as a Limited Liability Corporation this allows company to
protect its owner’s personal assets. The startup capital of this company will be generated from
IBM who will own 80% of the profits generated from the company the other twenty percent of
profits will be distributed to the CEO’s of the company or sometimes used for reinvestment.
This is a marketing plan that will discuss the mission, scope, environments, objectives,
problems, opportunities and strategies of Techno Parts we will also develop an action plan to
enforce our strategies.

Techno Parts will refurbish these already mentioned devices and will make its products and
services affordable to all customers.
