Question # 1- Write an introduction to your company. Describe your company, its location,
and the product it makes
East and West Technology are committed to customer service. We want to make doing
business with us as easy, helpful and informative as possible. Now, with that in mind, we have
designed an easy to use medical chart app. The app is known as My Medical Chart. It is design
for an android mobile phone and available as a free download. My Medical Chart gives user’s
access to lab test results, doctors appointments, current & past medications and immunization
history. Also they will have access to their family’s health information. The app will also alert
the user when it is time to take medication and time for medical refill and much more, all on a
mobile device.
The East and West Technology team is a melting pot of talent & experience, drawn from
a variety of fields. Our highly experienced team understands the global perspectives of our
customers. Our people consist of a virtual assistant with 24/7 phone support of a Web Research
Team, Web design Team, IT Support, SEM/SEO Team, Graphic Design Team, Article Writing
Team, and a Word processing Team. Each department includes a Team lead round the clock to
help you on any errand that comes in to your mobile device (Smith & Media, 2015).
East and West Technology were established in January 19, 2000 as a technology company
that develops apps for PC computers and mobile devices. Our location 2997 East and West
Connect Marietta, Ga 30127. We choose this location because of the easy access to the major
freeways 285 and 75 we can entry the highways in a matter of minutes.
Question #2 Develop an environmental analysis that includes competitive, economic,
political, legal, technological, and sociocultural forces.
The My Medical Chart application that we are offering compliments the healthcare and
technological industries, both of which are very lucrative and profitable at the present time.
When it comes to users, the overwhelming majority of Android and ios users resist paying
whether it’s for apps, subscriptions, or add-ons–so smart phone and tablet developers are
particularly interested in experimenting with monetization through ads. On the other hand,
advertisers are much more willing to pay developers than users are. Just like developers,
advertisers need to market their product (Manoogian III, 2012). We can make millions of
dollars within the first year. Even so, there is a great deal of competition among tech products
of this type. They are Techahead, Sourcelysis, and Clutch just to name a few (Techahead,

2015). We believe that My Medical Chart app is able to provide convenience to our users.
The current market economy is improving and medical care is fast becoming one of the top
priorities of individuals. This makes medical care and the handling of medical information
both a political and legal topic. The My Medical Chart app may come under scrutiny if its
security features are brought into question. However, we have gone to great lengths to ensure
that our user’s information will be safe and secure. In the modern, digital age, everyone has
a phone or a tablet. Consumers want products and services that they can access anywhere,
anytime. We believe that our My Medical Chart app will meet the needs of modern
