Situation Analysis
Internal Environment
I have always worked in healthcare facilities, such as hospitals, medical centers,
physician office, therapy centers, and nursing home. I used to work as a CNA (certified nursing
assistant), EMT (emergency medical technician), physical and occupational therapy assistant,
and clinical allergy specialist. Although I have many years of healthcare and medical
experiences, I do not have any background in management and business. I am currently not
working because I want to focus on school. My priorities are to finish my education first and
then find a job.
