Executive Summary
Stagecoach Pizza is a locally owned family run pizza parlor on South Sixth Street in
Klamath Falls, Oregon. Stagecoach offers a wide array of pizza selections, spaghettis, and
calzones, as well as a bar and televisions that often show sporting events. Stagecoach is a
quality restaurant that serves quality pizza to the citizens of Klamath Falls. Like all other
family owned restaurants, Stagecoach had to start somewhere, so how did this pizza parlor
come to be?
Stagecoach pizza was purchased by the Bocchi family from the estate of Frank Chase.
Stagecoach was originally called Grizzly Bear Pizza which was at first a chain that started
in Baker, Oregon. Grizzly Bear Pizza had locations throughout Eastern Oregon. Grizzly
Bear Pizza subsequently went out of business and Frank and his brother Whitey Chase
re-branded the business and changed the name to Stagecoach Pizza. Stagecoach opened its
doors on South sixth street in 1976 in Klamath Falls and has been in the location and has
remained a pizza parlor ever since. In 2008, the Chase family decided to sell its business
and the Bocchi family purchased the business, and has owned it ever since.
The goal of Stagecoach Pizza is to serve a quality pizza at a reasonable price while
continuing to be a profitable business. It fills the needs of customers that want to enjoy a
meal out and not cook for the evening. Stagecoach Pizza also wants to provide a great
place for people to come and socialize and to enjoy themselves in a family friendly
environment.
Business Review
Stagecoach Pizza has been a successful pizza parlor starting with the Chase family and
now owned by the Bocchi family. The Bocchi family purchased the business in 2008 and
provides a welcoming restaurant for the citizens of Klamath Falls to come and enjoy an
experience of quality pizza and the company of family and friends. Stagecoach Pizza has a
western theme incorporated in its business. As you walk up to the entrance, the door is
designed to look like an old western saloon style swinging door. Inside the restaurant the
