Part V: In-depth Review of Management related Function
Explore in depth one of the management related functions with the Manager (for example: planning,
organizing, leading, controlling etc.). You should first review the material in the text, and then prepare a
set of questions for the manager relating to how that function is carried out in the organization. During the
interview, be sure to get enough information so you can describe the function in detail. Ask the executive
to comment on the effectiveness of the function.
