Mangled eyelashes have been turning up all over London
and the inhabitants are scared. Ten murders in ten weeks,
all committed with a blade, and still nobody has a clue who
the creepy killer is.
Master Dick Doop is a flabby and special mechanic with a
fondness for making birthday cards. He doesn’t know it yet
but he is the only one who can stop the tactless killer.
When his daughter, Suzanne Fish, is kidnapped, Master
Doop finds himself thrown into the centre of the
investigation. His only clue is a magic record.
He enlists the help of an admirable hairdresser called Kate
Hemingway.
