MANAGERIAL CONTROL
Any prosperous enterprise has managers who know how to manage and control. Control may be
defined as creating a business environment to “motivate and direct employees in their roles,”
(Chand, 2017). Without enough managerial control, the enterprise will be without a goal and will
not make it into the chosen marketplace. With too much managerial control, developing and
nourishing enterprises will suffer from a lack of new ideas and chip away at the business’ model.
In manufacturing, effective control may be accomplished by a device or policy that regulates the
efficient production of the product.
