Case Study #1
This situation that I have been presented is less than ideal. Having a team down twenty
percent strength the morning before our busiest day of the year is a major setback. However this
is not the end of the world as we have a few fail safes put in place already. I have three on call
employees that I can utilize to fill my two unexpected vacancies. I will use all three of my on call
employees to boost my workload capacity thirty percent actually giving all of my workers extra
support as we will have a net gain of ten percent productivity.
