Jordan Freitas is a new manager for the University Relations and Recruitment (UR&R)
team at Northrop Grumman. He was promoted from Team Lead in September 2017, and
has just celebrated six months as the new manager for a very demanding group. He has a
wide variety of responsibilities that range from maintenance to strategic.
As a member of management for a government contractor, Jordan needs to ensure that his
team is compliant. This includes verifying time cards and codes, approving expense
reports to ensure purchases were approved and coded properly, and managing the weekly
schedule for workplace accommodations, travel and offsetting due to odd hours worked.
