It is important in today society that the workplace is as diverse as possible. It is important
for corporations to show that they value diversity and the many changes that have taken
place in the world. It is also important that they keep up with the times of a changing
America. We are living in the day where people from all walks of life are working in
corporate America, and it is our job to make it as comfortable as possible. Management in
corporate America must accomplish this by hiring those from other cultures and exploiting
