Long-Term Facility Paper
The facility that I arranged a visit for was Wilson Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center. They are most known for providing outpatient therapy, skilled nursing care, and short-
term rehabilitation services. Long term care for residents is who can no longer live without
assistance of skilled caregivers is also provided. This clinic was different from other homes that I
have visited in the previous years. Wilson Pines has served over 49,000 residents from Wilson,
North Carolina.
It was not easy getting this tour for this center. The head of the center was untimely
without responding and not punctual upon my arrival. It just so happens that my mother has a
