Abstract
The objectives of the research are to know about latest logistics market demand and expectations to
get a well consolidated list of clients with high business potential. To know different perceptions of
people regarding the facilities and services available in Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. To find out
grievances of consumers. Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. is one of India’s largest transportation
companies which provide excellent shipment service all over India. The samples for the study were
the potential corporate clients for APML of different companies in Kolkata. The research design was
an exploratory followed by a descriptive one and the sample size was 100. Primary data required for
the project was collected through “questionnaires”. Company annual reports and website were used
to collect the secondary data.
The research started with preparation of questionnaire so as the get the responses of the potential
clients of APML of different companies with various parameters. It was important to identify the
areas where the company needs to concentrate to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in its marketing
operations with respect to its services. It was also very necessary to know how well the company
manages its services to the customers. All these parameters were included in the questionnaire which
was aimed at the corporate clients so as to get their responses on the same. This helped to understand
the existing gaps between client and organization. To know client expectations with regard to service
levels. The Impact of after sales services and List of Key satisfiers and Dis-satisfiers and to identify
the areas where the company needs to concentrate more to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of
its services.

Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. stands as the Largest Mover of the Household Goods in
India, which is also recognized by the Limca Book of Records for five consecutive years
