1. What ethical situation/dilemmas are depicted in the movie
The film V for Vendetta takes place in the United Kingdom (U.K.) in the near future. The
Chancellor, Adam Sutler, has seized total control and established a dictatorial reign over
the entire country by committing heinous crimes in the past, to include murder and
human experimentation. The film is concentrated around a revolutionist by the name of
V, and his partner, Evey. They are striking back at everyone in power and, by subsequent
actions, the ones who made V who he is. In order to take down the members holding the
highest offices, they have to commit barbarism themselves. They destroy the parliament
building and kill all those people involved in human experimentation.
2. You need to evaluate the situation as per the movie character and what do
you think, either these characters do chaotic things into an ethical scenario or
not.
I found many characters ethically incorrect in this movie and judge some certain
scenarios which were not according to the ethics. My first scenario is based on Chief
Inspector of Norsefire, Finch who was honest. Sutler asked him to find V and after
investigation he had come to know that his government was involved in ST. Merrys
deaths and three waters incident. In that situation, he doesn't stand against his government
and I found him ethically wrong in this case.
My second scenario is based on the doctor Delia Surridge.She already know that
experiment could be very harmful for the people and many people could die from this
