Executive Summary
In September 2011, Centennial College progress campus open the new
Library to better assist with the increasing student population. The modern new
library provides new technology with both in home and remote approach for digital
resources, in addition to print and visual media collections. The library learning
focused atmosphere is fully open, dynamic and physically adjustable to suit many
needs. The goal of this study is to figure out the different services that are offered by
the library, if the students effectively use the library resources and services and if
not, find a way to improve the condition. Also, to find out the users satisfaction with
the resources and services offered by the new library at progress campus. The end of
the study shows that although students were fulfilled with the current services
provided by the library, there are still some improvements that need to be made to
help students with their academic success.
As a result of our analysis and valuation, we are recommending the following;
1) Provide students with more desktop computers and laptops
2) Update the software of these computers and laptops
3) Provide more sitting capacity for students
4) Limited the amount of noise in the study areas
5) Supervise students when using the computers to make sure they are using it
for studying purposes

Introduction
The library is center point of fundamental tool for academic improvement for
students. The fundamental motivation behind a library is to support academically
students for their success by providing them with services and tools that will help
them to complete assignments and to better understand their course content. The
library is divided into different sections: computers and equipment, study spaces,
online articles and books, and the learning center offering tutoring, English language
help, math learning center. The Library is currently the first place visitors explore at
the campus, and it connects to the existing buildings through an encased bridge. The
library has 22 huge classrooms, lab space, a lecture theater, and a four-story bio
divider. A lecture theater, a lobby, and a few theater-style classrooms finish the
ground floor of the building. The third and fourth floors give brilliant library space
and study rooms, while routine classrooms are situated on the second floor. The new
library offers present day innovation with both in-house and remote access to
advanced assets[ CITATION Cen15 \l 1033 ]. The library also offers printers on all
the floors and group study rooms with advanced technology. “Eleven small group
study rooms available for booking are located on the fourth floor of the library. Each
of these rooms has a table and four chairs”[ CITATION Placeholder1 \l 1033 ]. The
library provides students with equal accessibility, so students and staff with
disabilities can have equal access to the services and tools.
Purpose of the Study
The point of the study is to determine the quality of the services and learning tools
provided by the library, whether or not the students utilize the library assets and

services and if not find a method for enhancing the circumstance. In addition, the
purpose of this study is to discover how fulfilled students are with the services
offered by the library.
