Liar, Liar Movie review
Liar, Liar is an American comedy that was released in 1997 and was written
by Paul Guay and Stephen Mazur and was directed by Tom Shadyac and stars Jim
Carrey. Liar, Liar is the story of a lawyer named Fletcher Reede, who has built a
successful career by lying and utilizing this communication style to get to the top
and remain there. While his ex wife is used to the lies and being let down, it is
slightly different for the sake of there own child, Max. Max is his son, and is
constantly letting him down and ended up missing his birthday party. What you see
then, is that Max makes a wish at 8:15 for his day to be an honest man for a day and
to not be able to tell a lie. For this entire day, Fletcher tells the truth no matter what
it may be or what he must say. You see that he begins to learn the value of honesty
