Dear EDHEC Students,
We are very pleased that you have been nominated to HKUST for Spring exchange! My name
is Ms. Wendy Cheung and I will be your primary contact regarding all exchange matters.
For the student exchange application, we will be using a new TerraDotta system. Your details
have been inputted into this new system and you may now access the application form at
https://mystudyabroad.ust.hk and start completing your applications. You will need to
generate a temporary login by yourself. For more detailed steps on how to generate the
login and complete the application form, please refer to pages 1 – 26 of the student guide.
The deadline to complete ALL sections of the online application and signature documents is
10 October 2016. Completed exchange applications will be reviewed on MyStudyAbroad
system closer to the deadline date. Please note that students are to save or make a copy of
their applications. Changes can be made before the deadline during the submissions
