1. What decisions did you need to make during the simulation?
During the simulations I had to decide how many signs to make, the amount of cups of
lemonade, and the prices of those cups. I had to make these decisions by looking at the
window and the weather announcements on the T.V. Therefore, when there were rainy or
cloudy days I had to make the decisions whether or not to sell on those days because I
may not be making profits on those days.
2. What variables/decisions did you think were the most important for success?
I believe the most important factor for success was looking at the window which shows
the actual weather of the day. Second the weather announcements were also important as
it tells you the amount of hotness in the day. Another variable was the cost it took to
make a glass of lemonade as when you price the lemonade too high above the cost, the
lemonade will not sell well. The last important factor that I found out was the amount of
signs that were posted for the day, because when you put up more signs the chances of
you selling all your lemonade is higher than when have less signs.
3. What information did you use to make your decisions?
I mainly based my decisions by looking at a combination of the window and T.V.
announcements. I also use the amount of money I have and the cost of a glass of
