Learning moment 1:
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I have realized that my government is a transformational leader. He
prevented the spreading of the virus by closing the border when the first case appeared from abroad,
stopped all unnecessary commercial flights because that is the source of the disease, the government
also propagated hygiene ways to the whole country. And the result of these actions are the low number
of community transmission cases, which shows that the way my government leaded the country is
efficient. Because he directed the country with right principles which appropriate with the situation, so
that he is respected and trusted by the residents. In addition, he is admired by the immigrant, especially
who were living in Vietnam. After the outburst of the pandemic, Vietnamese citizens’ faith in the
government has been increased. I have learned that a successful transformational leader, the leader
needs to update the news all the time, so that the problems can be pointed out immediately, and the
leader can have timely solutions.
Learning moment 2:
When I was 18, I had a part-time job for a clothes store. During the time I worked there, I saw and
experienced a lot of organizational culture, which was reflected slightly by the national culture. From the
early days of building nation, our government always say that Vietnam is a national unity, we never
leave anyone alone, and we are connected to each other. My shop just had only around 7 people
