Style Last year, we learned about four main different styles of people in Dave’s class. That
seemed very useful at the time, but now I can expand on in much more after spending half
a day on it in A-568. In A-568 I learned there are 10 main categories’ of style, some of
which contain subcategories. The 10 main categories include: The “Interpersonal
Orientation” Construct, The “Conflict Management” Style Construct, Social Value
Orientation, Interpersonal Trust, Self-Efficacy, Self-Monitoring, Machiavellianism, Face
Threat Sensitivity, The “Big Five” Personality Factors and The Material Abilities.
Diagnosis Finding the problem and trying to determine how to prevent it from happening
the future. Finding the problem, then determining the factors that lead to the problem.
There are many different things that could be the reason behind a problem. It may even be
as simple as how one individual is talking to another because they don’t understand their
personality style.
Decision Making I use to think decision making was all about what was decided on, and
not the process of how the decision is made. Ready – Aim – Fire

Planning/Executing
Strategy Plan how to accomplish the goal and compile a plan on how to get there. Before
even brainstorming ideas, the group must figure out what problems need to be solved.
Jumping right into the brainstorming idea skips over the first two steps of the process.
