Leaders all over the world are important to the direction of a country with an ability to
change society for the better. Over the years people have had the ability to influence those
around them and encourage others to do the same. Leaders show wisdom which is the highest
level of integrity. They demonstrate their leadership skills in a number of ways known as their
leadership style. Understanding ones leadership style and the difference between management
and leadership, allows them to take a team from average to extraordinary. The ability to
understand and embrace those differences is what makes a great leader.
Very important people have become leaders over the years. A number of leaders possess
the ability to be authoritative, democratic, pacesetting, coercive, or have the ability to coach.
