Leadership Reflection
“Becoming a leader is synonymous with becoming yourself”-Warren Bennis, he states his premise about
leadership. Typically, playing the role of leadership is quite not expressing temporarily attitude to work organization.
To become a leader, you might have to understand yourself first, then understand others. Becoming to yourself starts
with knowing of factors what develop the leadership technical skills and qualities and how to apply yourself into
leadership to lead performance and innovation.
Being a leader is not a simple task in this world, it is simply the combination of personality, skills and
understanding. I believe that leadership is a process increasing social influence to accomplish goals. It is not about
power to put over others but more about the influence on others. Leadership might be maintaining good relationship
with staffs and colleagues in any organization. In my opinion, anyone could thrive up to be a leader if they understand
and know how to walk their own path, be able to show other how to follow their own path as well. However, one
