Introduction
The diversity issue that I selected which is the bullying in the workplace. I perceived this
diversity issue before that needs an attention from non-government and government agencies that
protect individuals from bullying and discrimination. More than that, I perceived this topic as a
hindrance for individuals who work peacefully in their organization, but still experience bullying.
In this case, it believes that every organization should coordinate with agencies or groups that
focus on preventing bullying in the workplace. Through this, they were able to avoid this kind of
issues that will affect their management and their image or reputation (Glassdoor Team, 2012).
