Business Leadership Strategies
No one is born a leader. It is our decision to do something in life whether our goal is to be
a leader or not. We all start from nothing. We fail many times, think about giving up many times,
and sometimes think we will never make it in the end. Anyone can be a leader; however, it is
their decision to make if they’re going to step up or not and put in the work.
I knew I was meant to be a leader when I was 11 years old. I was very active growing up
as a kid. I was in musicals, I took piano lessons, horse riding lessons, and enjoyed being a class
officer. I competed with everyone and became the top student in my piano class. I was the leader
and the helper at that point since I had the most knowledge and I continued to grow since then. I
knew I wanted to be a leader once I got my feet wet and started getting more involved. This is
the beginning for leaders around the world. Taking our first step and just getting a little involved
