Reflection Paper-1
Though I was a student of engineering background and it was my desire to carry out my
carrier in business. My first business degree was MBA major in Finance. It seemed to me
that I’m in need to increase my communication skills more and it is likely to achieve by
business communication training/degree. IBA’s LCMC was an opportunity for me to fulfill my
need.
At the beginning of the first class, Noman sir gave a paper with a picture of a hierarchy
pyramid in which he wanted to know the position where we want fit in. Definitely we wrote
the name of all of us the top position of the pyramid. Then the question came, how? Class
was joined with the lesson how to fit in by FOCUSING and paying ATTENTION. We came to
know the “INSANE” behavior of us.
Sequentially Noman sir showed a video of a presentation by Shahidul Alam, a famous
photographer of our country. By this video we came to know about “How problems work as
catalysts”. Inner meaning of Alam’s Presentation was how to define/search problem and
make the solution with our beautiful eyes. Our ‘beautiful eye’s also shows us who are the
