Leadership and me

What is leadership? Its qualities are difficult to define, but they are not so difficult to
identify. Leadership is the body of people who lead a group. There are 3 kinds of leaders,
authoritarian leader, democratic leader, and Laissez-faire leader. Authoritarian leaders are people
who just tell somebody to do something, democratic leaders always make decisions in his group,
and laissez-faire leaders don’t care what their members do. These three types of leaders have
their own way to solve problems and manage the team, but I prefer democratic leader because
everyone likes freedom. I prefer the democratic approach, and I do not believe I have the
qualities to be a good leader.
I like the democratic leadership approach. I can give them the right to decide businesses
