This book is really good book to be able to read and gather information on if you want to
become a better leader. The book gives so much insight and different ways on how you can
incorporate different skills for different kinds of people to give you that extra encouragement for
being a better leader. The best part about this book is that is not specified or directed toward one
type of person it gives ways and relates to every type of person to help them become the best
leader they can be but in a way, that is going to be understanding and beneficial for them to do
so.
In this book the first and most important thing that we are introduced to is “The People
Model”, and The People Model is a versatile method of ways to go about things and follows
people wherever they go. It helps with relations anywhere whether it be the workplace,
businesses, with the government, or even at home. The People Model is not compared to any
