Leadership Trait questionnaire (LQT) is based on trait theory of leadership which suggests that
individual possess specific personality or behavior that makes him/her great leaders than other
individuals. Even though this tool does not measure the effectiveness of a leader, it can be a great
tool to have personal awareness and development. It allows the leaders to have both your own
perception as well as the perception of others (North, 2018).
I have always thought myself as a leader right from the college days when I used to lead events
in college to going delegation to the management in regard to the proper creation of environment
for teaching learning. I have never backed down from then and been ethical all the time during
different situations and till now I am practicing the same. Personally I have not taken any of such
questionnaire test but while doing this I had made the careful thought before rating myself.
