•In the opening dialog between john and Regina, what specific advice would you
give John? Why? What advice would you give Regina? Why?I would tell John that
he needs to stop flirting with his female coworkers and take his job seriously. He
shouldn’t talk to anyone like that while working. It is very inappropriate behavior
for the workplace. Regina handled it very well but since he has been doing this for
a while and doesn’t seem like he is going to stop, if I were Regina the next time he
spoke to her like that or sent her inappropriate emails I would talk to my supervisor
about the issue.
•Did Regina appropriately handle her telephone call? Please explain your
answer.Yes, Regina appropriately handled her telephone call because she ignored
everything that was going around her and didn’t let it interfere with her job at hand.
She concentrated and only paid attention to what she was doing.

appropriate. John and Brian are talking as if they aren’t at work. They should only
talk like that outside of work but during work they should talk strictly about
business. Brian should not be playing with toys at work either.
