One key area that provided new information or enhanced my current understanding of the
information was the emergency action plan standard. An emergency action plan is defined as the
action’s employees should take to ensure their safety. All employers should have an emergency
action plan. This is mandatory if OSHA requires its. A second key area would be Medical and
first aid standard. Medical and first aid personnel and supplies that comply with the hazards of
the work place. What is provided is dependent on the circumstances of the work place. A first aid
