The importance of eating healthy
The main exogenous factors that contribute to normal growth and development of children
is food. Therefore it becomes important to offer the child a balanced and varied diet that
contains all the nutrients necessary for the proper functioning of the body.
Throughout the years, the nutrition-health relationship has been consolidated to confirm
that the lifestyles and eating habits are able to prevent and improve the clinical status of
some diseases such as ischemic heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, cancer, obesity

These diseases, which tends to develop in adulthood, can be said to develop at an earlier
