ATTENTION: Im a mother of two amazing boys. One is 6 and the other 7 months old. When I had my first son, I really struggled with
seeing the good and it was really hard for me to be positive and be the best mother I could. I didn’t want to admit that I had a problem
because I didn’t want to be titled as a bad mother for being negative about being a new mother. With my second son I was determined to
be positive the entire pregnancy so that when he came, I wouldn’t fall into the dark place like with my first one. We struggle with being
positive and spreading positivity. So, we need to get up every day and take steps to living a positive life.

can affect people of any age.
When a mother suffers from post-partum, she may feel tired and sluggish. When people start to feel like that, they start to fall
deeper into depressions and make it more difficult to overcome.
Men also can suffer from post-partum depression! In fact, paternal postnatal depression is wildly common,says
psychologist Scott Bea. About 10% of fathers (that’s about 1 in 4 dads) become depressed before or just after their baby is born,
according to research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
SATISFACTION: The solution, we need to understand that there is a problem when all we see is negative looks and walks of life so that we
can fix the problem head on until waiting until we either drag somebody else down or our negativity turns into something far worse.
ACTION: Find out what areas you struggle with in thinking negative. Start small and work on those areas first signs of possible oncoming
depression are
o Anger, irritability, or aggression.
o Loss of interest in work or favorite activities.
o Working all the time.
o Acting distant or withdrawing from family and friends.
o Feeling frustrated, discouraged, or cynical.
