Abstract
This is the description of a young man on my clinic rotation in El Dorado,
Arkansas having a total knee replacement. I did not get to experience the actual
surgical procedure, but caring for the patient post op has made me research what
happened during surgery. I watched a YouTube video of total knee replacement
surgery to fill the gap. Due to snow days and cancelled clinics I have not had a
wide exposure to diagnostic treatment or procedures to choose from but this day
made an impression on me. I cared for a twenty four year old male total knee
