him an effective leader must be mission directed. The executive director

introduction of every new resource or policy, she nds it necessary to
show how it is essential to the mission of the organization. She is a good
motivator, always giving people the appropriate time to brace
themselves and galvanizing them to complete the necessary tasks. The
