KILLING CAPITAL PUNISHMENT
Abstract
This paper goes in depth with six different sources about whether capital punishment should stay
or be abolished within the U.S. judicial system. The different sources come from research
articles online, the bible, or popular new sources. With a wide variety of sources, this allows for
many opinions and arguments to come into play. Most of the sources in the paper help discuss
why capital punishment or the death penalty should be abolished.

Introduction
Have you ever wondered if capital punishment is outdated and if a time of change in our
judicial polices are now? For years many human rights activists have been arguing whether
capital punishment, also known as death penalty, should still be a sentence for criminals. There

example, during the process of the actual execution it is most likely going to be a slow and
