The key elements of organizational structure (Explanation)
In this case there are 5 key elements of organizational structure that was present in the organizational
structure itself, the first of these elements is the Work Specialization which refers to the tasks to be assigned
from the fellow employees are limited and depends upon their position and their school uses the division of
labor for the work performance to be improved and to polish the skills of each employees in an organization.
Employees do their part in participating to the management of the school such as managing the cash system,
school budgets, registers, records, and transfer payments, hiring potential employees, makes and keeps
records of students who went in the school, records books that are the property of the school, plans and
coordinates new lessons or activities, discipline the students, and being responsible to the mental and
physical treatment of students. The second element is the Departmentalization which refers to the
constructed departments based on the suitable classification. One of it is an Administrative Manager which
manages the office staff, revenues, and expenses. The Guidance Director who is facilitating the mental and
physical well-being as well as the career choice of the students, and the School Principal which manages the
faculty and teaching staff and plans about the activities and lesson plans. The third element present in the
organizational structure is the Chain of Command which refers to the organizational chart shows that the
school industry has assigned numbers to its employees by which the school administrator controls the
Administrative Manager, School Principal, and the Guidance Director. The other element present in the
organizational structure is the Span of Control which is the number of subordinates a manager can effectively
