“Kapoko Charged With Theft” Lusaka Times, (2009).
According to Lusaka Times (2009), Police had officially arrested and charged former Ministry of
Health Human Resource Manager Henry Kapoko with theft by public servant. Mr. Kapeso was
charged in relation to investigations involving K10 billion Ministry of Health corruption scam.
Getting the facts right in an unethical issue is the most important thing and to many times this
important thing is overlooked. In resolving ethical questions philosophers developed five
approaches namely; utilitarian, rights, fairness of justice, common good and the virtue approaches
(“Thinking Ethically”, 2015)
Utilitarian Approach
This is the approach that provides the greatest good for the greatest number of people by
choosing the action that will provide the most benefits while causing the least harm (“Thinking
