Life without parole is a topic that has been discussed in depth throughout the history of
the juvenile justice system. The question that always arises is whether it is ethical or not to
sentence a juvenile to life without parole, basically robbing them of their fundamental right to
life. A Supreme Court ruling has found that it is unconstitutional to sentence juveniles to life
without parole. In Colorado, there are multiple cases that have called to question on new rulings
