Julius Caesar
Can a man still be considered honorable after killing someone else? In William
Shakespeare’s play Julius Caesar this is a question we come across a lot when we mention one of
the main characters and conspirators Marcus Brutus. Brutus was a well-liked man in the city of
Rome led by Julius Caesar. To Brutus the most important thing to him was being an honorable
man to everyone, and this was used against him by Cassius to get Brutus on board to kill his
friend Julius Caesar who was also, the leader of Rome. Cassius manipulated Brutus to believe
that killing off Caesar was for the good of Rome. Although he did something dishonorable, this
